Select local folder for media

Hey guys. I just purchased MiRow and I love the integration with FrontRow. It's seemless. Good job. I've got all of my music encoded in FLAC and saved in a folder on my local hard disk. How do I select this folder as a source of media? I can only see an option for "/users/<username>/movies". Can't I specify another folder?
Same thing here. I have a number of media folders that Saphire isn't finding. Is there a way to manually add these folders (as collections) to the Media menu?
